I figured this is an appropriate recipe for my first post being that I make these all the time and the world needs to experience these as well. You make these and you will be the hit of the party.
My all time favorite flavor is cookies and creme, hands down. So I knew I struck gold when I stumbled upon these soft, chewy, mouthwatering, amazing –list could go on- cookies while scrolling through Pinterest. Who knew that this cookie recipe would change my life? I have never gone wrong with these cookies; every event that I have taken these gems to they were devoured. You can NEVER go wrong with these cookies. Never.
This recipe and picture are from a blog called Notes From Nessa. Check her out!
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 package Cookies n'Creme pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
10 Oreos, chopped
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Oven: 350
Cream together butter and sugars.
Stir in pudding mix.
Add eggs and vanilla
to cream mixture.
Mix flour, baking
soda and salt into mixture.
Chop ten oreos into
small pieces.
Add chopped Oreo's
and white chocolate chips to dough.
Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie
sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
Suggestions: If you forget to set the butter out to soften, stick it in the microwave for 15 seconds, but nothing longer than that.
